
In our restaurant, you will be able to enjoy quality season products with an elaborated presentation. Aracena is the Iberian pork world center: loin, tenderloin, secret, “presa” (a cut taken from the back, near the shoulder), “pluma” (a cut near the “presa”), cheeks, offal, chop, and acorn ham, "caña de lomo", "morcón" and other cured cold meats.
The mushrooms have an old tradition: Caesar's mushrooms (amanita caesarea), queen boletes (boletus aereus), parasol mushrooms (macrolepiota procera), and milk caps appear in the local cooking in diverse forms – grilled, braised, with scrambled eggs, in croquettes… Aracena has the oldest mushroom club of Andalucía and a long history in mushroom hunting.
